She helps individuals decondition from social and trauma programming to support in the development of their sense of self and self-agency while honing their critical thinking and effective communication skills. This helps cultivate safe, healthy, loving and collaborative relationships across all aspects of their life. Having lived through trauma herself and through her studies at the Arizona Trauma Institute, Steph Annie supports clients through an informed, compassionate lens.
