Creating Space for Black Artists - Tia DeShazor

from Baxter's Buzz · host Baxter E. Hall

Tia DeShazor is a Coach for Creative Artists, an Actor, and Co-Founder of BOLD & Black Women Write. The performing arts world, like all other industries in America has huge issues around diversity, equity, and inclusion. I left this conversation inspired by Tia's drive and willingness to create what was missing: More opportunities for Black women to display their wide range of talents, experiences, and stories. #BaxtersBuzz #CelebrateWomen #DEI
