McKinley primarily works with attachment and trauma in adolescents, adults, and couples, as well as helping people with anxiety, grief, depression, anger, marriage and parenting support. McKinley utilizes Person-Centered Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapies, and Family Systems Therapies. She enjoys working from a client-centered approach, providing strength-based care to her clients. McKinley is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Theraplay, Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) principles, and Prepare and Enrich.
