Creating Systems with Ral West

I had the chance to speak with Ral West this week on Women Influencers. She is the founder of Ral West, Livin’ the Dream, a service company dedicated to teaching Entrepreneurs how to create smooth running businesses so they can overcome overwhelm, accomplish more success with less stress, and live the life they deserve.We discussed how she grew up in a family involved in Alaska Tourism, which earned her father the nickname “Mr. Alaska.” After moving to Anchorage, she opened her first business which was a marketing consulting firm specializing in tourism. After setting up shop in an executive suit, she met the boy across the hall that would eventually become her husband. After a while they decided to focus on her husband’s business, Hawaiian Vacations, and began chartering wide body jets to carry Alaskans to Hawaii, as the existing air service was a bit variable.
