When my publisher recommended that I chat to Steve Palise, I wasn't sure what to expect because here was a guy that looked very corporate, very driven, founder of Palise Property and the author of 2 published books around residential & commercial investing...basically mega-focussed! What I connected to was all of the above, but encased in a guy who has his life priorities absolutely nailed! Steve has a thriving business, but never works past 4pm, spends months travelling with his young family, and makes his income work for him as opposed to the other way around.
