Everything changes because that’s how life stays alive. Creation and destruction are not enemies they’re teammates. The universe itself was born from a massive explosion: the Big Bang. Every star that dies gives birth to new ones. Our minds like order, so we fear chaos, but chaos is how new things begin. To “create” means to grow something; to “destroy” means to take it apart so it can change form. Ancient cultures knew this Shiva in India and the yin-yang in China both show that destruction is sacred. When you let go of what’s ending, you make space for what’s being born. Every ending is a new beginning.These texts and audios are inspired by Matias De Stefano and the I AM Path journey shared in Egypt during 2020 / 21.
