Kelly Dylla and I spoke about making our world more empathetic, compassionate and willing to talk to each other. Movement , the expanded collective and consciousness. SO many quotes said but love this one, " Don't confuse creativity with productivity".    With degrees in both music and business, and a passion for connecting people for community impact and emotional health through arts engagement, Kel Dylla has helped people of all ages access their creativity for over 20 years. Kel is the founder of the Feel Good Arts School, an online arts community that believes unfettered creativity is an essential element towards a more empathetic and compassionate world.   From 2017 - 2020 Kel served as Executive Director for the Kirkland Arts Center, where she shepherded a rapid pivot to online classes at the start of the pandemic. Prior to working in the visual arts, Kel's served as Vice President of Education and Community Engagement at the Seattle Symphony where she launched several programs, including LInk Up: Seattle Symphony. In her early career as a violist and teaching artist, Kel taught in public schools for the New York Philharmonic and the Lincoln Center Institute. Kel earned a Master of Music at the Juilliard School and received a Bachelor of Music from Rice University.
