Creative Walking, Power of the Prop, SSSpring (04/03/24)

An article in the Guardian about how exercise can help creative thinking, I talk about the power of the microphone as a prop, and then play an ooold slightly embarassing verision of a song called SSSpring. I made this during the 2020 Covid lockdown and to my current self sounds slightly outsidery, I think down to the fact that I was still learning how to use music production software in 2020.
