She switched her focus to movies and graduated with a degree in Film and Media Arts from Temple University. Monica's mission as a director is to create content featuring diversity as second nature. She's tired of seeing a character's race or sexual identity contribute to their main conflict in a story. Zombies don't discriminate about what flesh they'll eat and she doesn't either! Monica tends to sway towards horror/thriller and her stories feature women trying to survive larger than life situations.
