Different types of plastic cards in your wallet have varying impacts on your credit scores. Traditional and retail store credit cards are reported to credit bureaus and can affect your credit based on your usage. Debit cards have no direct impact on credit scores unless associated bank accounts are overdrawn and unpaid. Prepaid cards do not affect your credit at all, as they are not reported to credit bureaus.
