Headquartered in Flint, Michigan, FPCU serves over 55,000 members through its branch network and digital banking channels.  Brad works with the credit union team and its Board of Directors to continue its mission of delivering trusted, technologically forward, and easily-accessible financial services to the communities it serves. Prior to returning home to Michigan, the Monroe native most recently served as Vice President and General Counsel of Illinois-based Baxter Credit Union.Brad holds a Bachelor’s of Arts in Political Science from Western Michigan University, a Juris Doctor from the University of Toledo College of Law, and a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.
