Crews in Hickman County continue to clean up wreckage from a recent train derailment more than two weeks later. Bryant Law Center filed suit in Marshall Circuit Court on behalf of Rhonda Fratzke, a Calvert City resident. The suit alleges that the Westlake and former Goodrich operations released carcinogenic substances into the surrounding community for years.
