Criminal Justice Professor Dr Shawn Schwaner on Improving the Relationship Between Police and Blacks

During an interview with Miami Dade College’s Criminal Justice Professor Dr. Shawn Schwaner, Schwaner offered advice on how law enforcement could improve their relationship with blacks. In the interview, he was asked about his experience in the field of criminal justice.
