Crisis In Child Protective Services (Karen Stecher)

Karen Stecher spent 40 years with Windsor Essex Children’s Aid Society. After retirement she has become an advocate and facilitator with Safe Families Canada, helping the church to engage with families prior to the need for child protective services. Government funded systems are inadequate to provide the needs of minors in crisis. Karen will help us understand how we can live a world where children are safe and families are together.This session was recorded at Our City Windsor 2026.
