Ashley Vallett is a recruiting professional with almost a decade of experience in the staffing industry and the owner of her own firm, Technacity Group, which she started in 2019. After working for a variety of different staffing firms over the years, Ashley felt the companies she was working for were not serving the needs of her candidates and client communities, so she went out on her own and has never looked back. Now, almost 3 years later, she has built and scaled her company to a successful firm that is disrupting the industry. One of Ashley’s goals has always been to help women and underrepresented groups advance their careers in IT and Engineering. She serves on the board of Women In Technology International (WITI) as the Corporate Partnerships and Alliances chair and is an Ambassador for Women in Games.
