Matt Armand is the Founder of Align Executive Search, an executive staffing and recruiting firm based in Orange County, CA. Align Executive Search helps clients find and employ top talent by sourcing currently-employed executives. The firm focuses on both perm and temp staffing for the medical, accounting, finance, engineering, technology and manufacturing industries. Matt has a twenty-year history in the search and placement arena. Matt has multiple business ventures that he is a part of including sporting equipment, food, health, wellness and training services, and he is celebrating eight years in business with current team of twenty account executives at Align Executive Search. An avid reader of self-help, spiritual, business, relationship-oriented material, Matt enjoys time with his family including his wife who is also an entrepreneur in multiple business verticals and his two lovely daughters. They are active in outdoors events including camping, hiking, dirt biking, gardening, skateboarding and bike riding to name only a few activities! Matt has traveled all over the world and enjoys health and fitness including yoga, weight training and running. He has participated in multiple fitness events and marathons. He also volunteers in helping others within recovery for addiction.
