Dawn shared with our audiences how she got involved in executive coaching as well as talking about her latest book, "The Invitation, A Weekend with Emma."  President of the Western Region of Cigna, Christopher DeRosa joined Critical Mass Radio Show to talk about the importance of having "a culture of health." Christopher discussed how many middle market companies should utilize the concept of "a culture of health" in the workplace which in turn will produce positive benefits for each individual employee and increase the health and productivity of the overall business.
