Jessica also talks about some of the programs and services the city offers to help grow its businesses.  Nancy Lerner, President of Otherwise Incorporated joined our program to talk to us about how important it is for a brand or marketing campaign to be relatable to its target audience. Nancy joins us from Chicago, and takes us through a typical client process when helping them create a brand strategy.
