Enter Josh Condado, a certified registered nurse anesthesiologist who co-owns a real estate investing company with his sister Jenn and brother-in-law Colin, also, you guessed it, nurses. Now, the current annual salary for a CRNA can be upwards of $250,000. Why do you need a side hustle if you’re making a quarter of a million dollars a year? For Joshua and many others, it’s freedom. Freedom to work as much or as little as you want. Don’t misunderstand me, Josh loves being a CRNA. He was inspired to become one by his father, an OG CRNA. But early in his nursing career, Josh experienced burnout, motivating him to invest in real estate.
