Crockstar Sara Lavely and Her Guinness Beer Cheese Dip!

Sara submitted this awesome recipe that hit just right on St. Patrick's Day. It's very simple to make and the leprechauns at the station just loved it! For being today's Crockstar, Sara gets a $100 gift card to Kroger!Crockpot Guinness Beer Cheese Dip*12 ounces of Guinness Beer*16 Oz block of sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)*8 Oz block of mild cheddar (shredded)*2 blocks of softened cream cheese (16oz)*1 tablespoon of spicy brown mustard* 1/4-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder*1 shake of tabasco sauce (optional)Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Cook on low around 2 hours or high one hour stirring every half hour or so.
