For being today's Crockstar, Sara gets a $100 gift card to Kroger!Crockpot Guinness Beer Cheese Dip*12 ounces of Guinness Beer*16 Oz block of sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)*8 Oz block of mild cheddar (shredded)*2 blocks of softened cream cheese (16oz)*1 tablespoon of spicy brown mustard* 1/4-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder*1 shake of tabasco sauce (optional)Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Cook on low around 2 hours or high one hour stirring every half hour or so.
