Lorsque la famille Lacoste achète une ferme à Fontiers-Cabardès, près de Carcassonne, certain·e·s habitant·e·s se faisaient une joie de découvrir la célèbre golfeuse Catherine... ... mais cette joie fut vite étouffée lorsqu'ielles comprirent que son projet n'était pas de reconnecter avec la Terre, mais plutôt de la détruire pour la transformer en un grand projet inutile : un golf! Depuis plus d'une dizaine d'années, les habitant·e·s luttent pour informer les alentours : ce projet risque de pomper trop d'eau, polluer avec les arrosages des engrais pour gazon et surtout artificialiser des terres arables. En avril 2022, plusieurs associations et collectifs convergeaient vers ce village en soutien aux crocodiles de Cabardès et autres dérivés Lacoste pour en finir avec ce golf !
