Crooked Kingdom- Episode 7

Thank you so much to Denise for commissioning this episode! In these chapters, we get some really tough moments that were a challenge for me to talk about without getting super emotional. There's something about Jesper's situation which, because it's so much more healthy that the others' histories, makes it slightly more relateable to me. His father isn't evil, Jesper wasn't abused, or raped, or enslaved. He was simply...rejected. But only in part, while his father supported and loved him in every other way. So this has led to a man who resents his father AND feels guilty about resenting him. Ooof. I can relate.
