Cross Eyed (part 1)

Exploring why Christians glory in the cross despite it being a symbol of suffering and death. To explain this, we examine the Day of Atonement in Leviticus, highlighting how the sacrifices, including the scapegoat, symbolized atonement for the sins of Israel. The cross of Christ is presented as the ultimate fulfillment of this system, where Jesus becomes both the sacrifice and the means of reconciling humanity to God, offering believers a way to live in alignment with His will.
