CrossFit Games, fried okra and gizzards

The Subiono boys are back from the CrossFit Games. And they have stories. But first the boys have to try some good old fashioned southern food.  It is well documented Elijah does not eat vegetables. But in this episode the boys try fried okra and chicken gizzards and you get to hear their reactions. The boys break down their time at the games. They talk about how they missed their flight to get to the games. How different lakes are in Madison compared to Austin. And how they handled all their emotions for three days. Elijah will shock you when he talks about his last day of competition. And Ka'eo lets us know if having his girlfriend at the games helped him or distracted him. This is a longer than normal episode. But these boys are far from normal.
