Crossing Over

We've all lost someone we care about and wondered whether or not we'll get to see them again. On this episode we don't have any answers for you, but we do have strange and unusual stories submitted by a hospice nurse who has spent 30 years helping patients and their families prepare to cross over.  Also on this episode: Ian is a celebrity, Brennan is oblivious in an elevator, and we say thanks for another great year.
