Crowdfunding Campaign Aims To Fund Recording Of Cathedral-Inspired Symphony And Sacred Choral Music

Derrick Lynch was joined by Clare-born composer Dominic McGonigal.   Originally from Spanish Point and now dividing his time between Clare and London, Dominic is preparing to release two major new albums.   The recordings feature his Cathedral Symphony, a large-scale orchestral work inspired by the architecture and symbolism of a cathedral, alongside a collection of sacred choral music influenced by Gregorian chant.    He’s launched a crowdfunding campaign to bring these works to life, and he joins us now to tell us more about the project and his musical journey.
