It was for the opening of a major hotel renovation, including a convention centre. There were so many features in the hotel, including a range of eateries and six pools, that she spent four days inside the resort...that's until she disappeared for an hour to check out the new aviation simulator that’s changing the face of South Pacific airlines and its pilots, who used to have to fly to Sydney for training.
