En tant qu’enquêteur, mon travail est de remonter aux sources de ces pensées héritées – souvent une phrase assassine lâchée il y a 30 ans ou une humiliation scolaire – qui créent ton carcan mental. Elles t'empêchent d'utiliser tes ressources et te font te trahir en bafouant tes valeurs profondes. Tu ne peux pas changer ce que tu ne vois pas.
