Cruise Immigration Enforcement, Dead Whale, Ballots Mailed Out

A local woman had just gotten off a Disney cruise ship when she saw some of the ship's employees being detained by what looked like immigration agents. Investigators are looking into another dead whale found off the San Diego coast. It's the second in two weeks. You may have received your ballot this week.
