Crushing it means asking for help

from The Crack'D Open Podcast · host GoddessTelly

Today's message reminded me that strength isn't always found in carrying everything alone. The Spiritual AF card says, "Sometimes crushing it means asking for help." The Goddess Sekhmet card asks us to look inward and answer two powerful questions:⚔️ What are your swords? What are the weapons you've been using to survive?🛡️ What are your shields? How do you protect yourself when you're hurting? For me, my swords have been over-explaining, trying to prove my intentions, and carrying responsibilities that don't always belong to me. My shields have been shutting down, getting quiet, and putting everyone else's needs before my own.Today's affirmation:I release the need to prove my heart. My work will speak for itself. I ask for help without shame. I receive support without guilt. It is safe to put myself first. My increase has room to find me because I am making room for it.Today's Universal Day is a 9, reminding us to release what no longer serves us so we can make room for what's next.💜 Also, a special shout-out to Journey to Freedom by Bridget Pettis, releasing July 23, 2026. I'm honored to witness this journey and believe this book will impact countless lives. If you're in Phoenix, stop by First Class Boutique:📍 8900 N.
