Today I am talking about crushing the chaos in your client communications. I want to direct your attention to the idea of automating as many of your client communications as possible. I realize that automating client communications can be a cringe-worthy topic for many lawyers. There is a belief system that says, “Hey, I can't automate communications! There's a relationship component that's really where those increased referrals come from.”    Yes, client communication gives you an opportunity to be a rock star, but lawyers are learning that there's a differentiation that comes from having a really solid communications process for your clients.   Tune in to find out exactly what the difference is. How creating a drip campaign is an opportunity for you to eliminate confusion for your clients.  Instilling more confidence in your clients by building processes, systems, and structure.
