The first is in East Biloxi on the site of the former Tivoli Hotel. They are looking to get the site approved for a casino by the Mississippi Gaming Commission. Biloxi Capital is also looking for tax breaks from the city. The other proposal is the Broadwater Casino in the western part of Biloxi. This group is looking for a tax increment financing bond up to $78 million. This would go towards improvements in the site’s infrastructure.
