I am a big fan of relevancy. In leadership, I believe that being relevant is vital. We can learn all the best practice principles, tools, content, and ideas, but if we do not practically apply them to our lives, then they are of no real value. I believe that one of the most relevant components of our leadership journey is respect . It sits at the core of servant leadership which is extremely relevant to successful leaders.
