I’m Crystal. I succeeded after being unemployed during part of the pandemic. It changed for me when a careers advisor said the worst thing that could happen was I ended up back where I was. Her comment awoke my complacency, caused me to go back to school for executive coaching and mentoring. In December 2020, I launched my coaching business with a friend’s old iPhone and a broken laptop. One director client in January led to 15 businesses and organisations helped in 2021.
