Many of us will pay a premium to live by water – whether it’s the sea, a river or a lake. It’s well known amongst property developers but Chilean entrepreneur Fernando Fischmann is unique amongst his peers in having discovered a technique to keep the water in lagoons clear and so attractive to live next to.
