Crystal Perham, East Key Realty

On this episode we go pretty deep on the topic of working as a real estate agent and opening your own brokerage. Crystal is the owner and managing broker of East Key Realty. She's a lot of things to me: supervisor, mentor and sometimes psychologist, but most of all she is a friend often filling the role of second big sister or mother(even though she's only got a couple of years on me!). I'm not sure I'd even still be in the real estate business had I never met Crystal and I was truly grateful that she took the time to sit down and record an episode with me and I'm grateful to have her in my life every day!
