CS2News 002 Wildman Agrees Limiting Cell Usage in Schools

What Democrats, Republicans, Independents, MAGA-folks, and others Demand from our legislatively dysfunctional US Congress.  Starting in April/May Congress will fix certain problems before the historic November Presidential and Congressional Election.   I and we know that most Democrats are really quiet political Moderates.  They are not the well-intentioned but failed, Liberals renamed Progressives that have been driving the Party for too long.  It is time for Moderate Democrats to drive the Party's legislative bus!    The first of several urgent if not emergency legislative proposals that introduce my problem solution platform to my fellow frustrated fellow American citizens.    This is a 2-part proposal.  The first part is on ending violence in Elementary schools.
