Then, in 1 Samuel, they look at the spiritual condition of Israel, the failure of its leaders, the significance of Hannah, Samuel, and Saul, and the reasons Israel demanded a king—along with what these chapters reveal about God’s kingship and the coming of a greater King. Finally, the guys discuss how the Gospel is the power of God.
