CT 264 Chapter Seven

For the sake of posterity and the Cannabis Truth Podcast, I’d like to take a moment to acknowledge a monumental political change that just happened for the cannabis industry and it’s customer/patients. President Biden just flicked his wrist to move cannabis out of the dreaded Schedule One Class and into a lessor restriction in the category of Schedule Three where compounds like testosterone are shelved. The bigger picture here is that it opens up banking, advertising, and interstate commerce in doing so, which has been prohibited so far and crippling industry everywhere. So like I mentioned some time back when I started this manuscript… buckle up… the rules are rollin frightfully fast all of a sudden and there’s a long way to go before anything gets settled.
