In today's episode Roger and Tony sit down with 17 year vet of the fire department, Rodney Appleby. Rodney is also a 7 year combat vet. The fellas sit down and discuss Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and its overwhelming affect on first responders. Rodney is part of the CISM team, which stands for Critical Incident Stress Management. Rodney discusses his role with CISM and how it can help firefighters deal with their issues. Roger and Tony also share their experiences while being members of their local fire department. PTSD is something that has just recently been diagnosed amongst first responders and is an issue sweeping our nation. Today they bring it to the forefront and share their feelings on the topic.
