Cuban Vice President arrives in Tanzania for a state visit

The Vice- President of the Council of State of Cuba, Mr Salvador Mesa, is in Tanzania for a three day official visit.The Cuban vice President who arrived in Dar es Salaam Tanzania on Sunday night from Cuba has held private talks with his counterpart, Tanzanian Vice President Samia Suluhu Hassan and President John Magafuli, before he left to Zanzibar to continue his visit in the Isle. Cuba has supported Zanzibar and Tanzania's main land in combatting Malaria and the construction of an antimalaria factory in Coast Region, a unique institution in Africa that would produce biotech products to eliminate mosquito larvae.
