Cubs Take Both Ends of Doubleheader with 4-1 Nightcap Win, First Loss for Brewers with Woodruff on the Mound This Season

It was a disappointing day for the Crew as they lost both ends of a doubleheader at Wrigley Field in two frustrating games. Dom Cotroneo and Craig Coshun recapped both games including the starts from Chad Patrick and Brandon Woodruff, the hard contact the Brewers lineup was getting, the lack of offense in the nightcap in particular as well as injury and roster updates moving forward into September.
