Among those on the webinar was Sister Norma Pimental of Catholic Charities of the Rio Grande Valley.Cuellar, D-Laredo, talked about recent conversations he held with Border Patrol and the chances of reopening U.S.-Mexico bridges to so-called “non-essential” travel.Also on the call were Laredo Mayor Pete Saenz, the Rev.
