Cuellar discusses USMCA, NADBank

WASHINGTON, D.C. - U.S. Rep. Henry Cuellar held a conference call with reporters last week to discuss USMCA.The United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement is the successor trade pact to the North American Free Trade Agreement.
