Cuisinart Grill Brush Recall Expanded | Denver News
from Denver News Today | 2 Min News | The Daily News Now!
Cuisinart is expanding its recall to include 13 more grill brush models sold before 2020 — any with wire bristles that can snap off, get stuck in food, and cause serious internal injuries or even surgery if swallowed. Sold at Walmart, Amazon, and Cuisinart.com since 2009, these brushes feature black plastic, stainless steel, or wooden handles with “Cuisinart” stamped on them (sometimes not). At least 54 incidents reported, 3 requiring medical removal — imagine biting into a burger with a metal shard. Not the flavor you want. This isn’t the first recall this year — Weber and Nexgrill also pulled similar brushes. If you own one, stop using it now. Get a full refund or credit (plus 20%) via Cuisinart.com or by contacting Conair. Listen in comfort:Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
