Culpepper Decommits from Arizona, Eyes Home-State Schools

Three-star safety Jalani Culpepper decommits from Arizona, leaving the Wildcats with just three total pledges in the class of twenty twenty-seven. Culpepper, a five foot ten, one hundred ninety pounder from Texas, is now considering schools closer to home, including Houston, SMU, and Baylor. Arizonas safeties coach Brett Arce led his recruitment, but with four DBs going in the twenty twenty-six NFL Draft, the Wildcats have room to stock up on secondary talent. Official visits kick off the weekend of May twenty-ninth, with Arizona hosting four prospects, including three-star safety Dillon Davis. The Wildcats are building off a strong twenty twenty-five season and expect to push hard to rebound this class and keep climbing in the conference.
