Intent on protecting its owner, a paradoxically soft-spoken woman named Yeli, the fearless feline named Leah wages a nocturnal war with a dark-haired entity seemingly intent on making good on what Alissa assumes is a curse that spans generations.And, while on the topic of generations, Alissa seizes the opportunity to once again make a show of her impressive family line with yet another tale of that drunken tramp of a great-great-great-great grandpa, Johnny Boy Gribben.
