In 2011 Elijah created Chefs for Change Ghana Foundation, which in short time grew to become Food for All Africa, West Africa’s first and largest food bank – a food support center creating fresh, sustainable nutrition for people in need. Elijah is a graduate of Sphinx Hospitality school and catering services in Lagos, Nigeria, he holds a certificate in entrepreneurship and management from Young Africa Leader’s Initiative (YALI West Africa RLC-GIMPA) and earned a Leading Change certificate from the University of Cambridge in 2017. He was the recipient of the 2017 Queen’s Young Leader Award presented by Queen Elizabeth at Buckingham Palace for his contribution towards social development across the commonwealth. In 2020 he became a New Voices Fellow at the Aspen Institute.
