Dick is a graduate of the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration and worked in the restaurant industry for over 15 years at notable establishments such as Windows on the World at the World Trade Center and Opus Restaurant in Los Angeles. His career then pivoted to the world of advertising, however, his love of food and entertaining was never lost, and in 2014 he established Bytes by Eydt Catering in Atlanta, Georgia, filling a need for specialized catering.
