From there, Rénald went on to become an award-winning cheesemaker, opening his own specialty shops in 2 locations. In his constant pursuit of excellence, Rénald traveled thoughout France and Europe, discovering the finest in cheese, charcuterie and specialized groceries to the delight of his customers.
